With almost a decade journeying from grassroots activism through executive leadership, my path so far has been driven by a deep commitment to animal rights and ethical advocacy. As part of the Global Growth team of Anima International, I oversee the development and strengthening of emerging branches, guiding them to become independent and impactful entities within the global animal advocacy movement. My role focuses on building resilient teams, fostering collaboration across borders, and ensuring that our growth aligns with the broader mission of creating a more compassionate world for animals.In steering my previous organization through rapid expansion and significant corporate and policy victories, I've seen firsthand the impact of strategic innovation and operational excellence. These experiences also shaped my ability to integrate an organization’s culture across diverse contexts, a nuanced process that requires time, genuine engagement, openness to frustration, and learner’s humility. My approach combines passion with pragmatism, focusing on empowering teams, fostering high-feedback cultures, and embracing challenges as opportunities.Throughout the years, I've specialized in operational strategy, team development, media engagement, project management, and campaigning. My experience also includes both spearheading and conducting on-field investigations into the factory farm sector, gathering firsthand evidence to expose the horrific suffering endured by animals and using it as a catalyst to drive systemic change. I am aligned with effective altruism principles, always trying to prioritize the most impactful work and use resources efficiently to achieve meaningful, scalable outcomes.
