Customer care- making sure every customer gets top quality service throughout their time in the store. Serving customers at tills, giving refunds and exchanges. Cash management- a big responsibility that involves issuing money to tills, counting cash, recording all cash handling, receiving deliveries from cash companies.Stock management- managing various sections throughout the store, updating stock figures, making stock uplifts, keeping the store clean and presentable.

I have been a very active member of this university society since I joined. I have been involved with all performance festivals since I began at the Queen Mary Theatre Company.- Performed at the professional venue Rich Mix in Shoreditch ('Dragged Up', 'It Snows' and 'One Was Nude and One Wore Tails')- Performed in 'Nom Nom Nom' at a comedy night at the University of Surrey.- Performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2012 and 2013. Both plays that I performed in ('Dragged Up' and 'Melodic Dystrophy') received four-star reviews from the prestigious festival reviewer Broadway Baby. As well as performing I had a prominent role in the marketing and promoting of the productions; working out on the Royal Mile and posting regular Twitter and Facebook updates.

I undertook a months work experience placement at Digital Spy in May 2012 and was subsequently offered a position as a Freelance Entertainment/Odd story Editor. - Sourcing appropriate content for online articles- Writing news articles and fun creative pieces for the site- Using press releases to formulate articles- Building a good knowledge of Digital Spy's RAMS log system for writing and uploading stories. - My subsequent freelance position in the company required me to work from home. Enabling me to practice my time-management skills in order to fit in with deadlines and meet targets for the website.

I am a leading figure in The Sherbet Limes Theatre Company that was founded in June 2011. The company has performed for two years at Lounge on the Farm festival in Kent as part of the Playhouse theatre. The company specialises in audience participatory live art that caters for all ages. As artistic director I have been in charge of the creative process that sees the company come up with each of its performances. I have managed financial aspects of the company by organised prop and costume purchase. I have been in charge of transporting the props/costume to and from the festivals as well as making sure that the other performers are at the performance site at the right time.- Leading creativity sessions where performances are devised and logistics are managed- Motivating the rest of the company for performance. This includes giving small motivational talks and playing warm-up games to get the performers comfortable and ready for performance.- Liaising with senior festival organisers about performance times, rehearsal and promotional space- Administrative tasks: filling out application and risk assessment forms.- Sourcing, making and purchasing props and costume

I have been Dance Captain for QM throughout 2nd and 3rd year of university. This position is part of the Cheerleading Committee which is a society I am also part of.Responsibilities:- Leading a team of young people- Booking rehearsal spaces- Liaising with the QMSU Student Union and Sports committee for funding- Choreographing routines- Admin and organisation for competitions and uniforms- Holding auditions and selecting team members- Working with the rest of the committee- Organizing Fund Raising Events (E.G: Walking the Circle Line for Sports Relief, supporting mental health charity Mind.)
