I am currently working as a temporary customer service assistant to help with the pressure put on the store and customers during the Covid-19 pandemic

- Helping with marketing activities; such as excluding promotional events and discounts. - Communicating helpful information to management by providing feedback from customers. - Assisting in the running of the restaurant such as relaying tables,checking stock levels and maintaining a high standard of quality control and hygiene.

- Keeping the reception area secure by following data protection guidelines,monitoring log books and making staff members aware of visitors - Answering the telephone and emails taking and relaying messages, providing information to callers. - Preparing cash draws and cashing up all income taken from reception correctly at the end of a shift to ensure it is financially organised to send to the bank.
