I provided speech and language assessment, intervention, and prevention services for preschool- and elementary-aged students in Oakland Unified School District from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. I served as a case manager and collaborative member of the special education team to ensure timely and thorough completion of all aspects of the special education process. I served on the Coordination of Services Team and collaborated with teachers, families, and other service providers to support students in developing the communication skills they need to access the curriculum and participate in their school communities.
