Delivering HR & Training advice to partners across Haines Watts since August 2017. My key projects have been: LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)- Designing & implementing of the first Learning Management System across the Group (Sharepoint based)- Sourcing and creating E-Learning content to sit on the system- Administering & maintaining the system- Developing and sustaining engagement with the system.E-LEARNING CREATION- Using the Articulate 360 tool to create e-learning content.- Working closely with SME's to get correct and updated information to use for the content- Making courses as short and interactive as possible to keep up interest in the courseTRAINING COORDINATION- Organising all bespoke training events across the business. I had progressed through the ranks at CBRE to become an L&D Specialist, specialising in Psychometric Assessments. PSYCHOMETRICS- Collate all Psychometric that were used across the Business and see where any gaps were or any overlaps we had in order to cleanse our systems and come up with a PSL. - Undertake training for the assessments most commonly used across the business in order to administer and deliver feedback on these tools in a consistent manner. - Administer all assessments for Recruitment, HR and Development Purposes. - Design and deliver workshops around the tools in relation to development. - Use the tools for coaching sessions with senior leaders. FINANCE BUDGETING & TRACKING- Budget tracking for the L& D department. - Collating and paying all invoices - dealing with any credits or issues.- Charging the correct Business Units for training costs on a monthly basis- Producing Reports to HR Business Partners.LMS IMPLEMENTATION- I was on the project team for implementing a LMS to the FM side of the business. (SuccessFactors)- Attending weekly meetings and giving input of the needs from the business. - Management & maintaining of the system.
