Having many years working with young people from around the world, I realize that they all struggle with similar issues to thrive in their lives. I found myself dreaming of bringing necessary help to people who need it. That was why I decided to change my career in another field, working with most vulnerable and disadvantaged young people. I strongly believe that positive changes are possible for anyone with the right support. Working collaboratively with my colleagues and consummers, I am assisting to build a country where people are treated respectfully regardless of their diversity in gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnic or political view; a country that honours and implement equality and justice; a country where people's health are taken seriously and health and wellbeing are pursuing in a holistic way.
