People can plan a consultation with me through different platforms: Lifecheck (initiated by Robidus), Health-e (collaboration with VodafoneZiggo), Zorg voor jezelf app (a.s.r.).Reasons to schedule a consultation include stress, burn-out, relational challenges, uncertainty, low energy level, feeling out of balance (work-life), suffering from trauma, dealing with loss and/or with illness (from yourself or a loved one), addictions, getting stuck. I listen, offer a safe space, ask questions to get to the core problem, do exercises, guide the client to their next step and guide to appropriate follow-up coaching or therapy if helpful.I coach in Dutch and English.
