Founder and Director of ABACO | collaborative design studio...Graduated with honors at IUAV University in Sustainable Architecture, she worked in Venice with Tamassociati Architects. Looking for new challenges, in 2012 she moved to Paris where she’s currently living and working.From 2012 till 2015, Alice worked at DTA Architectes and CD Architecture developing projects and researches at different urban scales, up to single-family houses. As a project manager, she oversees all the architectural aspects from the development of the design to the construction stage, in close relationship with the clients, the public administrations and the construction companies.She’s specialized in eco-sustainable architecture, wooden construction and she’s interested on innovative materials. Her work and her creativity are her way for imagining innovative urban and architectural strategies for the city of tomorrow.Alice co-founded ABACO | collaborative design studio in 2013 as a medium to connect ideas and people to architecture with the aim to merge innovation and beauty in space...ABACO is a Paris-based architecture and design firm operating at the intersection of space, technologies and art.ABACO experiments and works mainly in the fields of architecture and design, with a strong interdisciplinary and creative approach.Exhibited in Milan (2013), Padua (2013) and Paris (2014), in 2015 ABACO has been awarded with the Prize Maggia. In the same year ABACO won the international contest on 3d printing food for Barilla with Lune. In 2016 ABACO had the great honor to be awarded from Mayor of Padua as young talent of the city and in 2017 ABACO has been selected as one of ten Italian emerging firms...ABACO is developing projects between France and Italy. From art installations to furnitures and stores design for emerging brands, to residential houses for private clients and hotels for real estates developers.
