Contracted to Volvo through TALENT Stream & responsible for corporate fleet account management and sales throughout the Midlands . Working alongside a field based partner to develop new accounts as well as driving sales and managing existing accounts. Working with a variety of customers, in various industries, with fleet sizes varying from 5 to 3000 to ensure the growth and client retention of corporate volume for Volvo .

I was required to co-ordinate and manage an equine clothing range. The role involved finding a route to market for the range of clothing, going out on the road to sell the products and forming relationships with customers. In addition to this I captured data from customers and created email campaigns to promote the products. I was required to promote products and the brand through mediums such a facebook and twitter.

As sales manager for Cornforth’s Equine Feeds I was required to perform a spectrum of duties. I co-ordinated all stages of development including thorough research of the current equine feed market, identifying selling points and developing an overall strategy for growth, product development, branding the product, creating marketing (adverts, social media, presence at events) and networking.Once the products had developed I was required to continue marketing, develop a route to market and manage customer relations and sell the product. I thoroughly enjoyed overcoming the challenges and opportunities this role created and I excelled at remaining motivated and fixed on the end goal.

My role as a Personal Assistant involved a varying level of tasks. I was answerable to all 4 directors of NCI Vehicle Rescue Plc. During my time at NCI I was involved in a pitch to provide pet insurance to a national chain of vets. Once we had secured the contract I managed a team to set up the scheme, we were required liaise with vets, IT departments, head office, external trainers, recruitment companies, staff and printers to ensure the product launched with the correct support in place. I remained responsible for the marketing of this product and had to ensure both sides were happy with the results. In addition to this I was fully involved with recruitment of a veterinary nurse who brought in all the technical knowledge to set up the claims side. I was the main point of contact for aggregators who would generate the main stream of custom to the business; it was a priority that we maintained a positive relationship whilst ensuring that the company’s needs were met.I was able to take on extra duties to. increase my involvement within the company which included ongoing marketing for the brands, organising external training, recruiting , organising meetings, assisting with interviews, standing in for absent directors during meetings, answering queries on behalf of directors, general diary management and minute taking during board meetings.I was a key member of the team willing to take on any challenge and additional tasks to increase my involvement within the company.
