- Management of banking systems such as ATMs, host tellers, mobile banking, internet banking and finance in close liaison with support/technical team- Provision of timely internal reporting, ensuring compliance to documentation and process requirements from quotation to completion of work.- Maintain contract renewal, billing and collection from customers via data input into AAMS- Direct issues to relevant departments within the Silverlake- Manage overall local administrative duties - Key contact for banking client based in Brunei
