Supported Gigabyte SI customer in North America and East Europe. After one and half year, joined BIOS Team, I started as BIOS engineer for customer support like one year, then as platform enabling engineer and then platform engineering lead. After I had been in IC roles for several years and then to a BIOS manager. I was promoted to Deputy Division Director, around 2 years before I left. My key charters before I left are enabling intel platform, enhance system performance power efficiency. Also lead AROUS DDR module projects for 1 years.After 10 years in Gigabyte, I realized the importance of aligning technical solutions with business goals, which led me to pursue a Master's in Executive MBA.h a deeper understanding of business strategy, leadership, and financial management. It enabled me to see the bigger picture and make data-driven decisions that drive business growth. Combining this with my technical background, I have been able to bridge the gap between technology and business. which led to more efficient project coordination and successful outcomes.After 15.5 years in Gigabyte, I got an opportunity to join Intel Client Physical Architecture Team based in Oregon as Overclocking Debug Technologist. I took this challenge and started my journey of new company, new culture, new language and new locations.On going..
