Asia Pacific lead of the global business continuity program - Facilitate documentation and exercising of all functional BC plans at the regional office, and provide support as subject matter expertise to market teams as the global program is adapted to local market execution. Proven success with building relationships across different levels of the organisation and across different markets, demonstrated by completion of all functional plans at the regional office within 3 months, and regional program kick off in 6 out of 13 markets in one year. Being the business resilience advocate for the region, other elements of the role include acting as proxy to AP crisis lead, emergency response program management and being the office preparedness ambassador, delivering training and coordinating drills as well as new hire immersion on office safety.

Sole contributor in development and implementation of regional security programs: from planning, soliciting support and procure resources for program execution; to monitoring program activities to ensure sustainability and success. Program scope covering 13 markets in AP region with 3400+ retail outlets

Manage consolidation activities: Finance planning, forecasting and reporting processes, covering 14 markets in Asia Pacific region of approx. 2,500 retail outlets.

Lead management accounting team: Financial reporting and analysis, covering Hong Kong and Macau (3-6) retail outlets, sourcing and wholesale divisions.

Lead audit fieldwork team: Audit clients include property developer, fashion retail chain, hotel operator, HKSE listed investment holding companies.
