My work focused on enhancing our digital presence, driving engagement, and delivering a more customer-focused approach.• Led a comprehensive brand change, redefining product and cohort terminology to create a more customer-focused GTM strategy that simplified our messaging and boosted clarity.• Transitioned our entire website from WordPress to Webflow, expanding our content from just 6 core pages to 30. Managed the creation and execution of 9 educational Reels and carousel images. These reached over 35,000 accounts (an increase of 10% vs. previous campaigns), with the best performing video reaching 6,700 accounts on Facebook.• Crafted content using Adobe Photoshop and Canva to enhance the employer communication to members, including website banners, intro letters, and other marketing materials. This brought in over 9K new member sign ups through employers since March 2023. • Updated the design, tone of voice, and structure of employer pitch decks using PowerPoint.
