In this part-time role, I design, implement, lead, and assess all digital campaigns, fundraising activities, and individual/major giving to meet organizational goals. I am also responsible for corporate and foundation relations including the complete grant and sponsorship cycle. As an added bonus, I direct the Development and Finance department's Salesforce database administration...all in a (half) day's work.

As a life coach, I specialize in career advancement and transitions. I am exceptional at helping clients create and accomplish laser-sharp action plans. This is a fun project because I enjoy helping people reach their goals.

As the Director of Donor Relations I cultivate new donors, steward existing donors, design and implement fundraising programs, and oversee the Events Team. I have three (wonderful!) direct reports and work as an integral part of the Development Department. I focus on raising needed funds for our outstanding programs to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect. An important aspect of my position is to remember that we wouldn't exist without the generous support of our donors and treat each one of them like gold!
