Having worked in SMEs for 20 years, Alice has a broad skill set. Her strengths include implementation of new systems in hospitality venues - including reservation software, delivery platforms, gift voucher systems, order at table systems & database management. She has worked closely with both IT & Telco contractors to implement the most efficient & rigorous systems for multi-venue sites. Alice has worked on 9 restaurant openings. Alice’s strengths lie in modernising, standardising & simplifying through integration of multiple platforms & creating a strong brand strategy & subsequently aligning all areas of the business including brand aesthetic. Having coordinated Events for 20 years in-house, Alice also has a passion for working with private clients to ensure they optimise their experience coordinating special events - down to creating graphics for invitations, designing custom Menus by working closely with Chefs & optimising the Function space for the style of event.
