I was evaluating profilees of viewers focusing on key variables such as loyalty, expectations, needs, satisfaction, etc. The end goal was to help develop a long term strategy in the field of advertising sales, communication, content, programming, brand development and partnerships within the greater Sydney's community. I was part of a team in charge of leading projects on Diversity within the Airbus Helicopter group. Issues addressed included intergenerational, interacial, disability, mixed gender and social diversity issues. The aim was to avoid counterproductive behaviors, highlighting positive effects of diverse teams on business performance. I have also made a research, using all kind of research methods, to write a 150 page dissertation on this topic. Responsibilities:- Participation in all communication actions and strategic planning for Diversity initiatives- Development of initiatives linked to Diversity issues and preparation & animation of national and international meetings related to these initiatives- Preparation, follow-up and logistics of national and international projects - Point of contact between Airbus Helicopters and other Airbus divisions and between Airbus headquarters and main subsidiaries in EuropePonctual projects:- Organization of the Social Relation Calendar concerning important dates linked to Diversity- Internal research and benchmarking on work-life balance practices- Realization of a workshop in Le Bourget International Airshow 2013 directed to young international talents in aeronautics Key achievements: Autonomy, diplomacy and negotiation on international projects and sensitive issues, research methods skill development, project management, logistic management of events.
