Tweakments are non-surgical cosmetic procedures - such as Botox and fillers - and talking about what these treatments are, how they work, and whether they're any good is what I do - along with discussing the latest home-use beauty devices and the most effective skincare products. I write for national newspapers, I speak at medical aesthetics conferences, and I do my best to de-mystify the fast-moving world of tweakments and to explain how crucial it is to use effective skincare if you want to look your best. I'm the founder of www.thetweakmentsguide.com and author of The Tweakments Guide: Fresher Face, published 2019. My latest book in my Tweakments Guide series is Start with Skincare, published 2020. I'm an award-winning journalist and alongside running The Tweakments Guide Ltd, I write for publications including the Daily Mail, The Times, the Telegraph, and Woman & HomeI'm well-known within the beauty and medical aesthetics industries for my independent and open-minded approach. I undertake writing projects, speaking engagements and consultancy work for major companies in these areas, and I help judge industry awards.
