Alice helps nonprofits find creative solutions to complex strategy, staffing, workflow, and technology problems and thrive in the new supporter-centric, digital-first world.For the last 20 years, Alice has been working with nonprofit organizations to build their capacity for all things fundraising, marketing, communications, advocacy and digital. In her Organizational Development work, she has particular expertise in staffing and restructuring departments within nonprofits, including conscientious and ethical downsizing. Her other specialties range from executive coaching and leadership development to running RFP processes for technology solutions, strategy partners, process design, and change management on digital transformation initiatives. Alice is active in the Nonprofit Technology Network, the Salesforce.org community, and is a member of the Microsoft Tech for Social Impact (TSI) advisory board.
