Building from the ground up, I have developed a comprehensive suite of initiatives in carbon management, responsible sourcing, reconciliation, social impact, waste and recycling, anti slavery and circularity. Recognised through sustainability awards and robust thought leadership, the Winning Group has become a leader in the industry with regard to ESG, with sustainability firmly embedded as the central tenet of our corporate mission.Leveraging an earlier career in managing high-profile programs within the intense environment of large scale projects and trade events, I use an in-built commercial lens to question, prove and communicate the value of ESG in terms that all stakeholders can resonate with.
