I worked on demand generation and operational strategies, supporting the monthly team OKR of 2,500 MQLs per all marketing channels. I owned the direct MQL goal - driving email, webinar, increasing the volume of NN MQLs in H2 2022 by 20%. I created, tracked and automated webinar and email campaigns and processes, creating content and visually compelling assets.I also coordinated email campaigns and A/B tests on the whole user lifecycle for 6 audience segments in 5 different languages for all EMEA.

During my master degree year, I worked part-time (80% working – 20% studying) at Isobar Paris as a digital project manager. This has been a true human and professional experience : intense, challenging and stimulating. There, I have been in charge of several typologies of projects, handling short-term, middle-term and long-term projects such as websites conception and realization, mobile app conception, CRM/PRM strategy and more. My main mission has been to provide the best solution to every of my clients’ need, matching the agency resources, capacities and values. On day to day work, I had to manage the creative and IT team, and all the external providers, from briefs to conception, meetings, realization and final delivery. As I was working on several projects at the same time, I had to be agile, flexible and work in rush and stressful situations most of the day. At the end of the first year of my master degree, I had the great chance to be part of Quorum as a Digital Marketing Specialist. Quorum is a civictech, providing an innovative solution in order to understand, increase and improve civil engagement.Being immerge into such a dynamic and stimulating environment has been one of the best experience I’ve ever had. I really took part and added my creative and analytical values to this project that I still follow with attention.
