Primary point of contact for all travel related enquiries and bookings on a day-to-day basis for all UK based staff, as well as those staff in our Houston office and new Norway base.Responsibility for ensuring stringent arrangements are in place for our traveller's safety and security whilst abroad, frequently involving work with external agencies such as Control Risks, International SOS and Drum Cussac. Responsibility for health screenings prior to travel to ensure offshore medical certificates and vaccinations are in place and for issuing necessary anti-malarial protection and medical equipment.Responsible for conducting passport, first aid kit and travel wallet audits to ensure compliance with company guidelines. Also responsible for all passport and visa applications for UK staff.Responsiblity for project management of a tender process to move from 6 TMC's to one global TMC, completed by Q1 2015. Responsibility for our EMEA region travel policy and guidelines, including risk assessments. An annual spend for 2013 in excess of £1,500,000.I also formed part of the on-call duty team for spill response with responsibility for travel booking and administrative tasks both in our Emergency Operations Centre in Southampton and in country as required. Responsibility for ensuring security arrangements are robust and confirmed prior to travel for all travellers in spill situations, assisting the on-call Duty Manager with producing documentation as required. Responsible for maintaining an accurate and complete Unit Log of all occurences in the EOC or ICP, encompassing all ICS sections. Utilising ICS knowledge throughout mobilisation, project planning/response and demobilisation having successfully completed ICS 100 and 200.

Working alongisde departmental admissions teams to adminster applications to the University via the UCAS system and ensuring systems were place and updated to enable current students to successfully complete and graduate.Involved in project work, user acceptance testing and client liaison meetings to oversee the adoption of new technology into the University.

Responsible for organising statutory medical and safety training on a global scale for 35,000 Officers. Responsible for flights, accommodation, visas, onward travel, salary, expenses and handling invoices up to £500,000 in value.Maintaining the Fleet Training website, calendar and training manual involving basic HTML, writing copy and working with Microsoft Excel.Manning the emergency phone on a rota basis for out of hours emergencies.
