A brave, compassionate and energetic voluntary sector leader. I've worked in the voluntary sector my whole life and have absolute faith in the sector's ability to make change and transform lives. Mostly I have worked with small to medium sixed charities focusing on vulnerable, marginalised or 'seldom heard' people and with those that value participation, creativity and innovation.
