Alice McKinnon is an experienced association professional with a background in creating solutions to address critical member issues, strategy and operations, and association growth/expansion.She is currently the Senior Director of Member Programs at the Fertilizer Institute, the leading voice of the fertilizer industry, where she focuses on sustainability programs and event strategy.Previously, she was the Director of Membership & International Programs for the Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA), where she managed the association's membership recruitment and retention programs as well as its five regional offices in Belgium, Brazil, Guatemala, India, and South Africa.She graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and minors in business administration and English. During her time as a student, she was appointed as the student representative to the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board by Governor Rick Perry.
