Individual Psychotherapy (2019-present): Specializing in anxiety disorders, emotional pain, relationship concerns, acculturative stress, and Asian American mental health. This involves providing one-on-one therapy sessions to clients dealing with various psychological challenges, with a focus on culturally sensitive approaches. Coordinator for the Practicum Training Program (August 2023-Present): Managing a team of up to 5 predoctoral practicum trainees and licensed psychologist supervisors. Overseeing training activities, providing guidance and supervision to trainees, and ensuring the program meets educational standards and goals. Asian Pacific American Student Services Embedded Counselor (2021-present): Specializing in working with Asian American clients within a university or educational setting. Providing counseling services tailored to the specific needs and experiences of Asian American students, potentially addressing issues related to identity, cultural adjustment, and academic stress. Individual Clinical Supervision (2019-present): Offering individual clinical supervision to psychology practicum students, APA interns, and postdoctoral fellows. Mentoring and guiding aspiring mental health professionals in their clinical work, providing feedback, and facilitating their professional development. Counseling and Mental Health (CMH) Advisory Council (2023-Present): Serving as a member of a team comprised of therapists, psychiatrists, and administrators aimed at improving workplace culture at CMH.
