Consistently hit 30%+ MoM growth targets.- Evangelized a UX research-led product culture, facilitating hundreds of customer interviews & usability tests.- Managed and mentored a team of product & content designers. Provided guidance and feedback in 1:1s and bi-annual review cycles.
