Leading multiple partnerships with the Philippines Department of Health including:-Managing a team designing and conducting the first annual survey capturing the rollout of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) across the country. This data will form the cornerstone of M&E for the ongoing implementation of UHC and be used to inform system level policy decisions within national and local governement agencies, and their partners. -Managing the design and conduct of a 5 year longitudinal panel study to capture insights on knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards health promotion. We will support DOH to use this data to inform policies under their Health Promotion Framework Strategy.

Led project teams to produce rigorous evidence to address client needs and enhance their social impact, including via impact evaluations (RCTs), qualitative research, development of M&E systems, and tailored advising.Managed the multi-country scale up of an effort to measure people's preferences and values to inform aid funding decisions, in partnership with GiveWell.Other clients included Zipline/Ghanaian Ministry of Health/Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Results for Development, Living Goods.

Nairobi

Conducted a meta-analysis exploring gender differences in care for non-communicable diseases in China, ultimately publishing results in a Nature sub-journal.

Supported the research for Professor Lucie Cluver and team studying interventions with the potential to reduce child abuse. Roles included literature reviews, data analysis, conference presentations, supporting with publications, remote support for project logistics.Independently designed and conducted a cost-effectiveness study of the same intervention.

King William'S Town, South Africa

Field management of first a pre-post study, then baseline of an randomised controlled-trial investigating an intervention to prevent child abuse.Supported with study design and data quality, day-to-day logistics management, and leadership a team of up to 40 enumerators.
