I have been beyond fortunate to have joined 3CDC in its early years. During my 17 years with 3CDC, we have grown from 12 employees to 360 and counting! 3CDC is always moving fast from one project to another. There are many opportunities expand your skills and experience. I started at 3CDC as an administrative assistant. As the company expanded so did my opportunity to grow. Before too long I earned my PHR from the Human Resources Certification Institute and my SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management. You are only limited to the amount of effort you are willing to put forth.3CDC is an employee centric organization. Everyone works very hard to further 3CDC's mission of revitalizing downtown and OTR.
