Alice focuses her practice, first and foremost, on the litigation and trial process. She has served clients in the drug and medical device, healthcare, automotive, heavy industry, oil and gas, and consumer products industries, among others. In the mass tort/toxic tort arena, she has served as national, regional and local counsel in state and federal courts, in appellate matters, and in the multi-district litigation proceedings.Her experience has encompassed many other complex matters as well, including construction, securities litigation; restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation; pharmaceutical and medical device litigation; statewide occupational safety and health (OSHA) cases relating to back injuries among nursing staff; and contract, real estate, products liability and insurance disputes. She also has practiced in the areas of trademark infringement, fraud, Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO), and other areas of business and commercial litigation.
