Responsible for the development and execution of OCM strategy, plan, and deliverables for changes. I support IT employees/contractors through all phases of the OCM life cycle, including intake management, OCM materials development and execution of OCM plans.Deliver OCM consultation sessions and manage OCM coaching services under the OCM support model and build the OCM capability across the organization to accelerate change delivery. Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with internal business and IT partners to strengthen the OCM brand and support two-way communication. Regularly communicate relevant activity status and change impacts to key stakeholders, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
