• Recruitment of contract staff in all IT/Technical and other related positions.• Searching for candidates through in house database and LinkedIn. • Writing Job Opening Advertisements through Seek.com and managing ad response• Screening applications, phone screening, interviewing candidates and reference checking• Arranging placement interview and following up on the results• Maintaining the pool of resumes for new upcoming positions.• Developed a talent pool marking method using MS Excel• Managing the registration process of new candidates• Maintaining internal database • Preparing contracts and other engagement paper necessary for clients and contractors
