• Technical support for the sales team during the clients' visits and post visit in order to elaborate the commercial offer, if needed, for temporary placement service (TP);• Analyze the client's needs in order to elaborate the best TP solution for it;• TP Key Account Projects: project plan; resources involved; instruments to use; workflow; implementation; coordination and transfer the project management responsibility to the BM (after the start period);• TP Regular Projects: technical support for the team involved in the project in any step they needed;• Support the Client in its HR requests in order to find and propose HR solutions for its needs;• Specific internal reports and meetings: operational & strategy & budget (with: branch team; personnel administration & payroll departments; management);• Support the BDM in the auctioned process for the TP projects;• Recruit the internal Job Managers (JM).
