I am a friendly yet focused senior marketer, responsible for the marketing strategies across several practice areas within Howden Specialty. Based in the UK, I lead a team of ten bright marketing business partners and together we deliver business results through marketing and communications. This broadly includes, raising brand awareness and credibility, generating leads and supporting client retention. We do this via a vast array of tactics; content creation, digital marketing, social media, creation of sales assets, sponsorship activation, events... to name but a few!My other big passion at work is helping to create an inclusive experience for colleagues. In 2018 I co-founded our company's Diversity & Inclusion initiative, Respect. What makes Respect unique is that it is entirely led by employees, meaning that it responds to the real issues that our people care about. We have over 100 volunteers in the UK who engage with employees on key topics including mental health, gender balance, multiculturalism, behaviours at work, being a working parent, women's health and LGBTQ+.
