Since founding Form in 2016, I have lead over 50 startup brands launches in the culture and technology industry. Collaborated with over 100 organizations to build brands, websites, and products. Integrated design systems to ensure brand consistency in user's URL & IRL experience. Consulting with C Suite executives to develop brand strategy, identity, and website, contributing to $40 million in funding raised. Managing teams of designers, photographers, videographers, strategists, developers, and account managers to deliver high-quality, on-budget projects. My achievements were recognized with four design awards, including the prestigious Communication Art's Design Excellence Award in 2022. Work seen in Variety, Bon Appetit, Grammy Museum, Billboard, and Communications Arts.

As a Brand & Web Designer, I crafted brand identity systems, developed websites, and designed - packaging, environmental graphics, marketing assets, and products to connect with users. On a daily basis, using Adobe Suite, favoring: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign to produce over 400 graphic design projects. Led projects with directed clients and collaborated with Seattle-based design studios.

As a Graphic Design Intern, I contributed to the post-production process by skillfully editing and retouching photos in Photoshop, ensuring the delivery of high-quality print files. Additionally, I used InDesign to craft engaging multi-page layouts and a spectrum of marketing materials. My involvement extended beyond the technical aspects, as I participated in dynamic creative brainstorming and ideation sessions, where I had the opportunity to shape innovative design concepts.

As a Communications & Design Associate at RE Sources, I supported the North Sounds Baykeeper initiatives through social media campaigns and educational materials. I coordinated with various departments, sponsors, volunteers, and vendors to ensure successful events. My dedication to combining communications and design expertise resulted in the seamless execution of initiatives that left a positive impact on environmental advocacy.

As a marketing research assistant, my responsibilities involved working closely with marketing professors to construct surveys, collect data, and conduct in-depth statistical analysis. This encompassed utilizing tools like SPSS, Qualtrics, and Excel to predict emerging customer trends. I also played a pivotal role in converting complex data into comprehensible insights through the creation of presentations, infographics, and graphical representations, ensuring effective communication of our research findings.
