Austin Motel Renovation - Contract position

Hospitality Development/Management Group www.newwaterloo.com- Design and coordinate production of in-house sales materials & marketing collateral for New Waterloo and all New Waterloo properties. - Coordinate timelines/contracts, communicate brand & outline expectations to creative collaborators (design studios, contractors, artisans).- Manage & maintain brand compliance on all design aspects at existing properties (Sway, La Condesa, Hotel Ella, South Congress Hotel, Café No Sé, Central Standard, Otoko, Pao).- Establish voice and aesthetic for new brands and oversee application across guest experience touchpoints, visual media & social platforms. - Commission, purchase and install custom design and art works for operating supplies, retail and decor at all properties.- Source design elements( accessories, furniture, building materials, surfaces, fixtures, design objects), manage purchase orders, shipping/receiving and installation.- Oversee photoshoots and photography selection.

Creative Desk, West CoastThe Line and Saguaro Hotels: LA / Palm Springs / Scottsdale- Build and maintain creative partnerships that produce impactful art, photography, video, collaborative product and original activations. - Ensure web and offline experiences are consistent with brand voice while overseeing the consistency of guest touch points.- Concept, design, and implement branded collateral across channels.
