I am an appointed delay expert and an Associate Director at HKA, based in Dubai. I am a civil engineer with over 10 years of hands-on international experience in project management, delay analysis, claims and expert witness work in relation to major construction projects in the Middle East, Africa, South-East Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to joining HKA, I spent 3.5 years at Deloitte Canada as part of the Capital Projects team working in the construction claims consultancy field.Prior to that, I spent 5 years at Progesys Canada, an international industrial consultancy firm, where I contributed to the delivery of multiple benchmark construction projects in the mines and metals industry in North America, Middle-East and South-East Asia.My clients include general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, public/private developers and law firms.
