The report indicated sales, direct cost, contribution, contribution percentage, indirect cost, gross profit, gross profit percentage, overheads, profit before tax, company overheads proportionally allocated to all divisions, depreciation, finance income/expense, net income after tax & break-even point.- Implementation of new overtime report: Report indicated total amount & hours of overtime worked per employee. It also indicated if the overtime was direct cost, indirect cost or overheads. The report also indicated the top 10 employees.- Variance explanations on revenue: Explaining differences between actual and budget figures, indicating projects that are under budgeted, not budgeted or budgeted but not started.- Implementation of new fleet report: This report summarized the monthly bills for around 80 vehicles, including variance analysis month-on-month, kilometers, cost per liter of fuel, consumption & graphs.- Keeping track of critical monthly expenses: Analysing monthly expenses month-on-month, including details and graphs.- Banking: Primary contact person between all banks and company for any changes, updates or submissions.- Insurance: Primary contact person between insurance broker and business for all insurance matters & claims.- Inventory process description: Drafted current inventory process for a product that is manufactured in-house. A detailed report was compiled on the process of ordering, delivery, utilization in production, repairs/servicing & inventory on hand.
