Focusing on the commercial reports, a merchandising plan would be agreed - I chose the new window schemes for the 9 windows instore, based on the different packages head office would present to me. I would manage each window being implemented by my team from: - Floor board covering - Painting of walls/ props - Styling mannequins - Positioning mannequins and props - Installing window decals/graphics - I am trained in producing and using an in store decal machine to produce our own branding.
