As a FSMR, I was responsible for managing $2M TTI business within my store. My responsibilities focus on marketing, sales, and development of the top power tool brands; Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Ridgid. Based on the TTI / Home Depot (HD) partnership, the FSMR is responsible for tracking and replenishing weekly inventory, staging all new concepts, and monitoring exposure and sell-through of products based on business trends. Extend excellent customer service to HD pro-customers while converting each to TTI's VIP client base. Shape new hires through training, developing, and shadowing while strengthening our team.
