Scheduling property condition surveys for both Residential and Commercial properties. Responsibilities include report production, attention to detail of data management, allocation of resources - equipment and technical inspectors, liasing directly with the client, strata and building managers, and property owners. Also includes delegation to a junior technical coordinator and assisting the project manager and technical officer on any project related tasks.

My main duties as senior store manager include providing world class customer service, while always driving and maximising the sales and profitability of the store. This means utilizing effective and creative visual merchandising as well as organising, preparing and arranging promotional materials and displays.Strong operational skills are required in my role and the regular monitoring and reviewing of staff and store performance is a cornerstone of a store manager’s duties. In order to review KPI’s and staff sales, the maintenance of accurate statistics and financial records is another important responsibility. But of course no retail position is without the customer interactions, whether they be face to face or over the phone. Resolving valued customers’ issues, capturing feedback and data from customers while striving for undeniably excellent service is one of, if not the biggest responsibility of any senior manager. kikki.K opened their first European store in London UK in November 2015. First a pop up store and then a permanent store both in Covent Garden and I was selected to go to London for a month to help out with the launch of both stores and training of new team members in all things kikki.K.
