Responsibilities include overseeing all payables for six nursing homes located in another state. I input invoices, and print checks for three of those homes, plus a second corporate location. I also manage corporate credit cards, spreadsheets, and run monthly closing reports.

Responsibilities include accounts payable with a high volume of invoices, payroll, 1099 and W2 distribution, reception, customer service, health insurance group administrator, and workmans comp claims.
