• Designed and administered a new evaluation protocol to monitor program implementation and child progress in over 130 summer and after-school Freedom School programs across the country. Results were presented in American Idol Gives Back grant proposal which awarded over $2 million to CDF. • Secured a $150,000 grant for Lee County Community Development Corporation within six weeks of obtaining the position by providing high-quality research and evaluation results to foundation.
