I began as Guest Service Representative at Encore Boston Harbor in 2021. I assisted in our first request for evaluation from Forbes Travel Guide, earning our prestigious 5-Star distinctions for Hotel & Spa in 2022 and again in 2023.While relatively new to the hospitality industry, I have a passion for providing exceptional service, and over 10 years' experience demonstrating that passion, as well as countless other skills within a variety of roles and industries.Creativity is another one of my greatest passions, and biggest assets as a professional. Thinking creatively helps me find innovative solutions to unique challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and think of new ways to make our guests say "Wow!". When an entire team is working with the same goals in mind, executing even the most basic operations with some level of artistry means we are working in harmony, and that our guests get to experience a symphony as the end result. Lastly, I will never be done learning, and always welcome the opportunity to develop a new skill, learn new information, or gain a deeper understanding. Prior to my current role, I was unemployed due to the pandemic and decided to open an Etsy shop selling my handmade watercolor paints. In addition to product development, sales, and customer service, I began to teach myself various skills related to E-Commerce, such as SEO & Marketing, Data Analytics, Product Photography, Social Media Management and more. My gross revenue rose from ~$180 my first month to ~$1,200 in months 4 and 5, with 100% 5-Star reviews from verified purchases.While I no longer sell on Etsy, the stats from my store are something I'm very proud of, and they are an excellent testament to my capabilities as a young professional.
