Manage and lead payroll team in the processing of twelve sites, ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations. Lead the creation, maintenance, and registration of payroll taxes across multiple jurisdictions, including US states and Puerto Rico, while overseeing tax payments and implementing ADP for payroll tax processing. Conduct in-depth research on tax notices and handle W-2, 1094/1095 filings. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot HR system issues, encompassing compensation, taxes, general payroll, integrations, absence, benefits, and time management.
