• Analyzer meters calibration, maintenance and replacement of ORP, pH, Conductivity, Turbidity, Chlorine on brands such as Hach, Foxboro, Endress & Hauser.• Field Instruments calibration, maintenance and replacement of temperature, pressure, flow on brands such as Foxboro, Rosemount.• Electrical servicing on Motors, ABB VFD’s (water cool and air cool) and switchgears.• Electrical installations/ repairs on plugs, switches, lights both 110Vac and 220Vac.• Instrumentation repair and replacement on Actuators (Electric and Pneumatic), positioners and valves such as Bray, EIM, AUMA, Siemens. • Planning and executing projects for plant improvement and reliability• Team lead and executor during plant shut down maintenance in instrumentation.• Troubleshooting and wiring of PLC (Allen Bradley) panels.• Loop checks of new instrumentation and commissioning of new equipment.
