As a Direct Support Professional, I provide guidance and encouragement. I do this through relationship building and direct interaction with individuals receiving services. I advocate for the individuals in all aspects of life. Including within the community and their personal choices. I support hopes and dreams and try to help them achieve them. It is also a responsibility to provide transportation as needed. I file and do record keeping and participate in periodic meetings/training according to regulations and LSS standards.

I empower women out of poverty by providing a marketplace for their products and sharing their stories. All of the items are handmade from artisans all over the world.

I deep cleaned offices, cleaned and sanitized bathrooms and assisted wherever was needed.

I was responsible for the safety, well being, care and development of young children. In creative activity, I provided transportation, homework help, meals, and submitted to the families routines.

Summers of 2013, 2014 and 2015 I was a selected participant of a nationwide outreach traveling team. I taught pre-k - 2nd grade Vacation Bible School.
