Energetic and passionate employee with 20 years’ experience in strength and cardiovascular training. Member of a collegiate level cross country team. Trained for and successfully completed numerous road races, from 5ks to a full marathon. Competed in several endurance road bike events, including 2 100-mile Ride for Roswell courses. Finished first-place overall female in the 2021 Summer Sizzler Sprint Triathlon. 2022 USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships Qualifier. Skilled in educating patients and family members regarding physical therapy interventions. Efficient in providing appropriate and specific care to patients of all demographics.
