I am currently in my 9th year working in retail and my 7th year in a management role. I also have 8 years of visual merchandising experience. I am a friendly, confident and hardworking individual with a passion for what I do, who always strives to ensure I perform to my highest capability in all aspects of my work. I have a practical and customer-focused approach to my work and aim to always embody the core values of being a high-quality member of management to my team. I have experience in a large variety of retail based skills, commercial reporting, KPI performance and H&S.
