Managed the recruiting program for the 400+ A/I/E Company on a Global level. Created targeted hiring strategies, budgets, and process and procedures for the company on a national and international level. Managed the campus hiring program by building relationships with schools interviewing students throughout in the Northeast region. Managed 1 team member local to Boston.

I was responsible for managing the Creative Design Recruiting Program for North America. I was a business partner to me hiring managers and executives and ensured successful growth I created targeted hiring strategies, put together processes and procedures and consistently met hiring targets. At points in my tenor I managed the Campus Hiring program for North America and Canada. I trained and managed staff on front-end components of the hiring processes with a heavy emphasis on candidate development, sourcing, and organizational involvement. I gained international exposure by representing recruiting in the UK for a 3 month assignment managing full life cycle recruitment efforts, in coordination with growing the UK recruiting team. I consistently managed a remote team of 3+ people.
