• Evaluated Profitability of 150 accounts per year based on loss history, inherent exposures, financial history and agency relationships• Analyzes account-specific information including, but not limited to, loss runs, financials, loss control reports and prepares the account analysis for the National Property Senior Specialist Underwriter• Managed a renewal book of $6 million in premium consisting over 50 policy renewals each year.• Review probable maximum loss exhibits for catastrophe modeling such as wind, Earthquake, Flood.• Determines pricing strategy in conjunction with National Property Senior Specialist and coordinates the quotation process with the Customer Service Rep.• Completes all post-binding processes including booking premiums, policy issuance and compliance forms• Processed applications, payments, corrections, endorsements and cancellations

Manage account opening process for new and existing clients. Includes collection of account-specific information, recording information via electronic account-opening system, retrieving relevant executed documentation from clients and compliance with regulatory procedures.Review client account activity on a daily basis to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement of transactions and reconciliation of sales credits and fees.Perform account maintenance including money transfer requests, address changes, etc.

Assists passengers with check-in procedures, including tagging baggage and issuing boarding passes - Sells tickets, processes ticket changes, creates and books reservations. - Ensures FAA, Company and airport regulations are followed. - Enforces safety/security measures and protects sensitive zones. - Facilitates the passenger boarding process. - As directed, implements standard procedures during overbooked, irregular flights and denied boarding situations. Solicits volunteers to free up seats, re-accommodates passengers by booking alternative flights and provides travel vouchers. - Logs in tickets and completes sales reports - Performs other related duties as required.
