Eris Talent is a full service talent agency with clients in TV/film, commercials, print, and literary arts. In the last couple years, I was promoted to a junior agent and Head of the Baby & Toddler Division. My responsibilities include arranging and meeting with potential new clients, submitting and pitching to projects (proficient in using Breakdown Services and Casting Networks, InEntertainment), coordinating auditions, working closely with clients, parents, & casting directors, scouting for all divisions, negotiating contracts, viewing and critiquing auditions, visiting clients on set, and attending premieres and agency events. My additional duties included managing the office and supervising the assistants and interns. I was also in charge of interviewing and hiring all interns.

I taught Advanced Scene Study, musical theater, and vocal lessons. I continue to teach acting and singing as a freelance teacher.

As a social media and branding assistant, my work days consisted of brainstorming content ideas, producing and editing videos, location scouting and styling for photoshoots, assisting at events, and handling finances/negotiating brand deals with various companies.

DMR is a boutique record label based in Los Angeles, California. My responsibilities included overseeing and facilitating creative direction for all the artists represented by the label — this included music, photography, and branding. I worked with upcoming artists as an in-house and freelance songwriter.

I hold seminars on the entertainment business as an industry professional for parents and kids interested in acting and modeling. My goal is to educate parents on standard entertainment laws, etiquette, and tips for how to break into the entertainment world.

I spent almost four years working at Zuri as a Talent Associate and Talent Scout. It is one of the top 10 talent agencies in the US for kids. My responsibilities included submitting actors for projects, working with casting directors and parents, and traveling to scout for new talent. I was also the lead assistant in the theatrical division and worked with name talent.
